Estimates

Estimate are free and we'd love to visit your home to discuss possible renovations.  For smaller bathrooms we may be able to provide you with an estimate based on photos if that's your preference.  We provide estimates that outline everything you can expect for your entire project including labor, debris removal, supplies, tile, and fixtures.

Getting Started

​

If you decide to move forward:

  • We'll draw up a contract that includes the scope of work, estimated costs, start date, estimated length of the project, and other practical details so that we are on the same page.

  • A $1,000 deposit is required to schedule your project with an estimated start date contingent on completion of prior customer. 

  • Customers vary in the amount of help they need with design and purchasing.  We are here to provide as much or as little help as you need, and to share the relationships we've established for tile, cabinets, stone, and glass.  

  • We purchase all basic supplies (drywall, thinset, etc).  These are added to your final invoice with no mark up.

  • We work Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but are flexible.​

  • We tidy up at the end of each day and check in with you often. 

  • We're easy.....any questions, just call!
